Created by Juliu Horvath, this unique and original method is inspired by dance, tai-chi and swimming. Originally called yoga for dancers, these flowing, circular movements caught the attention of many early stage dancers. Juliu will then refine a course format where anyone according to their age or ability can benefit from this work. The gyrokinesis method is as well developed with top athletes (Andy Murray or Tiger Woods), stars (Jennifer Anniston, Lady Gaga or Madonna) as integrated in rehabilitation centers , physiotherapy and hospitals. The method is now taught in more than 80 countries around the world.

A stool and a mat are enough to practice the Gyrokinesis method which makes it easy to access to train at home, in the studio or even outdoors. The practitioner is invited to explore by himself the different movements proposed with curiosity and awareness without the accompaniment of a machine.

Occasionally, props are used such as a stick or a rubber band to experiment with certain principles or to facilitate their understanding.
